2.Shipping of your purchase will be made within 1-5 business days upon the reception of your order.
3.We don't offer gift wrapping.

Taxes and Duties
The prices of products are expressed in Japanese Yen excluding customs duties.
For international shipping, all applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay so please contact to your local customs for the price estimate.
The duties may be charged upon reception of your purchase or invoiced afterwards.
The prices shown on the product page include tax in Japan.
If you order from a country other than Japan, we will charge you the product price and shipping fee.

VEDA has 7 days returns policy for defective products. Any claim regarding the product(s) must be submitted in 7 working days following receipt of the product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.). The customer must contact the customer service beforehand via e-mail at email@example.com to obtain further instruction.
The returns and exchanges shall be accepted only for following conditions.
VEDA does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has initial defects.
Please kindly be aware that due to the nature of viewing condition or device, the product images may slightly differ from actual products. You can inquire us via email for accurate information.
1. Within 7 days of arrival of the product(s).
2. All items must be tried indoor and ideally on a carpeted surface for shoes until you decided to keep them.
3. Make sure all products must be returned exactly as you received them, including tag, interior papers and seal still attached.
4. All products which come in their own box, including but not limited to shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged condition as this is considered part of the product.
5. We cannot accept return, refund or exchange of sale product.
