We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. Please understand.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
The following are the conditions under which we can accept returns and exchanges
If the product is not used, unwashed, or unworn, it will be returned to you within 7 days.
The product must be unused, unwashed, or tried on indoors.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the tags have been detached from the product.
The condition of the product or its exterior has not changed significantly from the time of delivery.
Items that are not discounted or on sale.
If you receive a defective product, you can return or exchange it. If you receive a defective product, please be sure to check the product for any defects and for any discrepancies with your order. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges of items that are more than 8 days old. Please be aware of this.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is defective, we will pay for it.
